Let’s talk about rules for a minute. 

Are you a rule follower or a rule breaker? 

Maybe like me, you’re a mix of both depending on the time and place. #readingtheroomforthewin

But one thing you may not have ever considered before, is this: That you’re a rule maker. 

Yes, you. 

Did you realize that?

Did you realize that, truly, in life, they’re kinda in the really big magical grand scheme of things AREN’T in fact any rules?

And that truly, even if we wanna say that there are, that we’re the ones who make them, anyways?

Yup, it’s true. 

And it’s how I live my life. 

I set the pace. I decide the outcomes. I make the rules. 

I can tell you, it’s A LOT more fun this way. 

And because I make the rules, I can decide when and where I break the rules and when and where I follow the rules. And yeah, I do a little of both. Gotta keep people guessing, ya know.  😉 

The cool thing about creative entrepreneurship (and even parenting!) is that it naturally lends us to this role, should we choose to accept it. 

But, one surely doesn’t need to be a business owner or entrepreneur or creative or a parent to live in this empowered, emboldened and emblazoned way. 

So what are you waiting for? Stand up, step out and go make (and then break!) some rules.
